The KC2000 range of circular backshells incorporates all the screening techniques that KEC has developed over 40 years of experience in this field. These backshells supply solutions for a wide variety of EMC and environmental specifications including TEMPEST and IP67 and there are options for fibre optic cables too. The KC1100 is a heat shrink boot adaptor for use where no screen termination is required.
The KG range of cable glands and bulkhead fittings comprises nine different but interrelated models that provide high levels of EMC and environmental protection at entry points of instrument racks, enclosures, cabinets, panels and bulkheads while avoiding the use of expensive and labour intensive in-line connectors.
KEC supply a full range of D-type backshells and connectors including D-subminiature. The high quality die-cast zinc range provides high levels of EMI and RFI protection and lightweight plastic options are also available. The range includes the higly successful QuickLock pushpull latching system from Provertha. The screening techniques that KEC has developed over many years of experience in this field are incorporated in these designs which provide solutions for a wide range of EMC and environmental specifications including TEMPEST levels.
KEC provide the Provertha range of M12 connectors which in keeping with the KEC EMC ethos are characterised by reliable 360° shielded solutions. Even in extremely rough industrial environments these quality products ensure a safe signal transfer. Our M12 connectors are available in various codes, for example the M12 A, B, D and now the new X-code. We also provide an M-12 cable assembly service and patch leads.
KEC provide the Provertha range of Profibus connectors, backshells and T and Y distribution units which are also characterised by reliable 360° shielded solutions. Even in extremely rough industrial environments these quality products ensure a safe signal transfer. M12 bus connectors guarantee a fast and reliable connection: the use of internal or external cable clamps or crimp flange makes the PROVERTHA bus connections vibration-proof and the zinc die-cast housing makes them fully shielded for maximum for EMI/RFI safety.
KEC supply the full range of 'Costsaver' connector nut plates nut rings from Fastener Specialty which facilitate the mounting of electrical connectors and other components in the confined areas of panels and bulkheads. By eliminating loose nuts and washers you will save on installation time. The non-wrenching feature allows closer design of connectors in a panel.
Our Supertube range of lightweight, semi-rigid conduit together with our specially designed screened fittings, allows us to supply complete cable management systems to meet high degrees of electrical and environmental protection.
